Challenge


The "Virtual Technician" project was born out of the need to address a common and costly problem for Bradesco: the maintenance of workstations in its numerous branches. Traditionally, this maintenance required the physical presence of technicians, resulting in high operational and logistical costs. Evo Systems' objective was to develop a solution that would allow this maintenance to be performed remotely, significantly reducing the associated costs.

Evo Systems has developed a robust and integrated platform with diverse functionalities that allow for efficient and remote management of workstations, in addition to a simple interface with the company's visual identity. The system's main functions include:


  • Station Registration: An intuitive interface for registering and managing all workstations in Bradesco branches. This allows for a complete and organized view of the entire technological infrastructure.
  • Turn Stations On/Off: A function that allows you to remotely turn any workstation on or off, optimizing energy use and facilitating scheduled maintenance.
  • Hardware Information: It collects and displays detailed hardware specifications for each workstation, allowing for quick and accurate diagnosis of potential technical problems.
  • Remote Access with KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse): A remote access tool that provides complete control over the workstation, as if the technician were physically present, allowing for real-time interventions and corrections.
  • Script Execution: The ability to run scripts remotely, automating repetitive and complex tasks, which increases efficiency and reduces problem resolution time.

With the implementation of the "Virtual Technician," Bradesco achieved a significant reduction in the maintenance costs of its workstations. The ability to perform maintenance remotely not only decreased expenses related to travel and on-site interventions, but also increased efficiency and speed in resolving technical problems. Furthermore, the collection of detailed hardware information and the ability to execute automated scripts resulted in a more stable and monitored work environment, preventing problems before they worsen.

This project is a clear example of how technology can transform traditional processes, bringing savings, efficiency, and innovation. The partnership between Evo Systems and Bradesco demonstrates the potential of advanced technological solutions in solving complex problems and providing tangible benefits to large institutions.
