GarageLab's focus is to use the company's projects together with the mentoring of Evo Systems, to train young professionals with practical experiences and able to face the challenges of Digital Transformation.

Selection of professionals

 

We select professionals through hackathon challenges and referrals from our network of partner teachers. No cost to the customer.

On-the-job mentoring

The selected professionals, while carrying out the client's projects, receive mentoring in the 3 pillars (Technical, Management and Behavioral) by engineers and software architects from evo systems.  This stage lasts from 4 to 12 months.

Transfer to the company

 

After this mentoring, if well evaluated, the participant is hired by evo systems and allocated, or hired directly by the company.
