Evo Systems provides a development team formed by Designer, Developer, Specialist Architect and Project Leader.
In this model, the customer owns of priorities and decisions of project. IT IS defined a capacity maximum weekly hours for this team, and the demands of systems and applications development are discussed at the beginning of each Sprint .
IT IS an ideal model for the customer to have visibility of costs and flexibility to define the functionalities. It is more specialized than the allocation of professionals, as it has a multidisciplinary team, where each participant works when the project most needs it.
For this model, the team has frequent meetings with the customer, but is allocated to Evo Systems for better access to experts and design tools.
