Diagnostic Model (Assessment)
It is a project, with a defined deadline, where Evo Systems performs a diagnosis of a certain area, unit, department or business process. The customer may have a model to be used (eg ITIL, DAMA, COBIT, SCRUM, MPS-BR) or Evo Systems will define one at the beginning of the project. Specialized consultancy to identify suggestions for improvements and opportunities in the processes, procedures, artifacts, resources and tools used.
Professional Allocation Model
Customer hires our specialists to raise and/or automate processes. It is the model for the allocation of specialized professionals.
