Construction companies face several significant challenges in managing their teams. The lack of precise control over employee entry and exit results in difficulties ensuring attendance and punctuality, as well as complicating the accurate recording of hours worked. The inability to monitor in real time who had access to the work sites hinders the supervision of activities and increases the risk of unauthorized entry. These gaps in supervision contribute to employee safety risks, since uncontrolled movement and the absence of up-to-date information on the location of workers increase the likelihood of accidents and dangerous situations in the workplace.

To solve all these problems at once, Evo Systems developed an integrated system for monitoring construction sites called Tá na Obra.

The main objective of the "Tá na Obra" project is to provide managers with a tool for monitoring and managing their teams in real time. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, increase employee safety, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Furthermore, the system aims to facilitate human resource management by offering accurate and detailed data on employee attendance and activities.

Strategy

In practice, Tá na Obra works in a simple way, making it easy and pleasant for users to use. What construction workers need to do is register their entry onto the site through the turnstile and facial recognition. In this way, the system displays the employee's data in the Tá na Obra system, including the time of their entry and exit from the site, using the turnstile and facial recognition. Upon leaving, the system updates their status to "offline," informing the system supervisor. It will be necessary to train all employees so that, whenever they enter and leave the site, they pass through the turnstile and facial recognition to update the system and store their information.

For the application of the product in companies, a list of locations is necessary so that it is possible to register and also information on positions, teams, and shifts of each employee. It is a process carried out only at the time of application that will facilitate the day-to-day work on construction sites.
