Challenge

Active Tudo Entregue is a delivery management system that allows drivers to flexibly manage deliveries and pickups, including transferring tasks between drivers and recording incidents in real time. The application also works offline, storing data for later synchronization.

Our challenge was to improve the usability of the application, developing a modern, clean, and above all useful and usable system for all users who need the app daily. Based on the previous workflow, we improved the entire system design and diagrammed it together in a better way.

Transformation_

The partnership between Evo Systems and Active Corp resulted in a more intuitive design for the Active Tudo Entregue system, making it more accessible, easier to use, and understand. Previously, users had difficulties with the readability of the text, but with this project, we modernized the design and added new functions.

We started the project by defining our persona, creating daily meetings to exchange insights and understand the pain points and key issues of our main users. This initial phase is extremely important for starting the development of low-fidelity wireframes, which we essentially define as the outline of the entire system, an overview of the application's design.

Subsequently, we defined the project's design system, which consists of component libraries, icons, and visual identity. We organized and documented all the steps followed through pages in Figma, the main platform used by our team. Then, we designed and aligned our ideas together to bring the best usability to the high-fidelity prototype of Active Tudo Entregue.
