Challenge

Bradesco Seguros devised an innovative concept to serve clients with differentiated health plans, allowing various services to be requested via mobile phone. The challenge was to improve the insured's mobility and experience, enabling appointments and requests that previously could only be made by phone or through a web portal, to be carried out directly via mobile phone.

Transformation_

In 2016, Evo Systems was tasked with developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) prototype of the Bradesco Saúde Concierge application for the iOS platform. The application allows Bradesco Saúde Concierge policyholders to schedule services, request reimbursements, schedule vaccinations, and purchase travel insurance. In addition to the policyholder app, a web portal was developed to receive and manage these requests.

The solution also included a back office integrated into the application, allowing Bradesco Saúde agents to efficiently manage user requests. This integration ensured efficient and rapid management of requests, significantly improving the user experience.

By adopting this system, Bradesco Seguros has been able to provide a more agile and convenient experience for its customers, meeting mobility demands and improving policyholder satisfaction by allowing them to perform various operations directly from their mobile phones.

Strategy
