Challenge

Laundry Express is one of several Hybex software solutions designed to facilitate business for laundromats. This system enables self-service in laundromats, operating in a 100% digital and simple way for the laundromat's customer.

This time, Hybex approached Evo Systems to update its existing system so that it could be used with a Cielo Lio credit card machine. Laundromats using Laundry Express needed a system that could operate on a kiosk.

Cielo Lio functions as a self-service kiosk where users can purchase laundry services. Featuring coupons, laundry or drying services, payment methods, and login access for benefits, Laundry Express handles all aspects of customer service, enabling the machines for customer use.

Transformation_

Based on this demand, Evo Systems created the application for the Cielo Lio machine, which runs on the Android operating system, for Laundry Express self-service in self-service laundromats.

Screens were created using the existing identity, reusing brand images and applying them to the application, such as in the background. The system interactions were integrated and designed by the Evo Systems software engineering team in conjunction with the user interface and user experience design team, resulting in a simple, easy-to-use, and attractive application.
