TRENDX, a distributor of multifunctional solutions for body development, offers solutions for the fitness, wellness, functional, and performance segments, with an integrated approach focused on innovation, bringing together several brands within its scope. With the idea of ​​producing a new platform that provides an innovative way to exercise easily and at any time, TRENDX sought out Evo Systems.

Evo Systems was responsible for the complete development of the project, focused on creating an innovative solution to motivate people to engage in physical activity.

Goper is an innovative workout app whose main goal is to encourage people to exercise effectively and in a motivating way. To achieve this, it offers a wide range of features, including qualified instructors, equipment rental plans, live classes, personalized workouts, and much more. It's a complete app that transforms the way people train, providing a personalized, motivating, and accessible experience, whether at home or in partner gyms and hotels.

• Personalized Training

Goper simplifies each user's training journey through detailed individual mapping. Based on data such as age, weight, and personal goals, the app recommends specific workouts that align with the user's profile. This personalization ensures that each exercise is suitable and effective for individual needs and goals.

• Equipment Rental Plans

For those who prefer to train at home, Goper offers equipment rental plans such as exercise bikes and treadmills. These devices are equipped with integrated tablets that support the app, allowing users to watch classes, participate in live streams, and track their performance statistics directly.

• Live Classes and Video Lessons

Users have free access to various classes within the app and can choose from customized plans that include the use of equipment. Goper tutors regularly conduct live sessions and video lessons, providing a group training experience and encouraging interaction between students and trainers.

• Health and Performance Monitoring

The app has advanced monitoring features, such as capturing heart rate via Bluetooth, especially while using bicycles. In addition, the system includes a leaderboard to record training progress, allowing students to track their development and set personal goals and challenges.

• Recommendation and Engagement System

Goper not only offers a vast content library, but also has an algorithm, still under development, that aims to recommend workouts based on machine learning. This intelligent system suggests the most suitable workouts for each user, keeping them engaged and motivated. Each student's consumption history is recorded, along with their score in each workout, allowing for continuous monitoring of progress.

Strategy

Evo Systems has worked with Goper since its inception. Initially, we were responsible for deciding which technology to use for the project. The decision to use Flutter in 2019 was the right one, as it has accelerated application development and proven very flexible for responsive web development, maintaining a single language for the platform's front-end development, which streamlines development, maintenance, and knowledge management. Initially, we assembled a team capable of designing and implementing the entire platform architecture. We created the necessary modules in the cloud, the application structure, and discussed usability issues based on our experience with applications in other sectors. These topics formed the basis for future developments.

During the process, we supported the formation of the platform's development team. Through our Garage Lab program, we recruited and trained a talented individual who was then integrated into Goper and became the Product Lead. Currently, we are in a very interesting phase focusing on engagement, performance, and utilizing Artificial Intelligence.

We also have an organized and digital process for document control, which provides security, control, and ensures the dissemination of knowledge among the team.
