When we bring the transformation offered by the solution to business condominiums that receive hundreds of transporters daily, the time savings provided by prior authorization and validation of entry via digital turnstiles, both for those transporting and those receiving, are key points in validating the solution.

Evo Systems, an innovation consulting firm, launches Go Visit, an online system designed to facilitate and eliminate queues at entrances, condominiums, and environments that require control and identification of people.

The solution was originally developed to meet a demand from Wires, a company specializing in intelligent access management solutions. Go Visit is an online system that allows visitors to register with the building's security system before arriving at their destination, simply by filling out some information and taking a selfie. This facilitates access to the building and optimizes the functions of security personnel, especially during peak hours. “We combined our experience in technology with our expertise in control and monitoring solutions for condominium entrances to develop a practical and functional solution that easily serves both visitors and residents and can also be customized for different purposes,” explains Leonardo Dominguez Dias, managing partner of Evo Systems.

Online solution increases access speed by 50%

With Go Visit, visitors are served quickly, requiring only document verification, without the need for typing by the doorman, as the visitor's data has already been automatically synchronized with the access software installed on the reception computers. “The solution can be implemented alone or integrated with other access tools such as turnstiles, cameras, alarms, or any existing automation or security system,” explains André Luiz Boccia, Director of Wires.

Another advantage of this solution for the condominium or establishment is the feeling of accessing innovative technology, providing a positive experience for visitors.

Como funciona

The resident creates a link (invitation) in the Go Visit app and sends it to their visitor via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The visitor accesses the link and completes the pre-registration, entering some data and a selfie (without needing to download an app). After this step, Go Visit synchronizes the visitor's data with the building's security system via the internet. When the visitor checks in at the entrance, the resident receives a notification to authorize entry. With the previously registered visitor, they must present the invitation's QR code at the turnstile or receive a card, and their entry will be granted.

1 - Resident creates and sends invitation to visitor

In the Go Visit app, residents create an invitation and share the link with their visitors via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other methods.

2 - Visitor registers

Visitors access the link they receive and register online at the entrance, without downloading an app, by filling in some information and sending a selfie.

3 - The reception area receives the visitor's information

Go Visit automatically synchronizes visitor data with the building's reception desk via the internet.

4 - Resident authorizes visitor's entry

The gatekeeper notifies the resident via the Go Visit app about the visitor's arrival, so they can authorize their entry.

5 - Visitor receives QR Code or Badge

With authorized entry, the visitor receives a badge from the doorman, or prints a QR code on the access totem*, and passes through the turnstile.

*Totems are only available in some condominiums.

The solution also allows the generation of reports for analysis of the gatehouse, and the building manager can check the number of visitors, times, destinations, number of people in the building at that moment, among other customized data, according to each need, in addition to monitoring the visitor's status with information on authorization, history, and various other functionalities.
