Challenge

Hybex, a leader in laundry solutions, is a major partner of Evo Systems. We have already assisted in the creation of several projects in conjunction with Hybex, including Now, Laundry Express, and Me Fácil. With the emergence of a new market demand, another project in partnership with Hybex began: the Go system.

The Go system would assist laundromats that need a management system, offering a platform for product registration, customer information recording, and price setting. In short, it would be a platform aimed at laundromats seeking a management tool, automating processes and making the management of laundromat operations as easy as possible.

Transformation_

Considering the need to create a management system, Evo Systems designed the Go system and assumed responsibility for refactoring and continuously improving the software. The project, under continuous development for years, is divided into several modules and is regularly expanded to incorporate new functionalities and meet the growing demands of the market.

The Go system is a web application that encompasses a number of crucial functions for managing laundries:

• Order management: It facilitates the entry, tracking, and completion of orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Inventory control: Monitors and manages inventory levels, preventing shortages and surpluses, and ensuring that the laundry operates efficiently.
• Invoicing: It automates the billing process, reducing errors and increasing accuracy in financial transactions.
• Reports: It generates detailed reports on various aspects of the operation, allowing for in-depth analysis and informed decision-making.
• Employee time tracking: It allows employees to record their hours in a practical and accurate way, facilitating human resources management.

In addition to these basic functionalities, Evo Systems has focused on several specific areas to expand and improve the Go system:

• Reports module: Continuous development of new report types that provide detailed and specific insights into laundry operations.
• Launch screens: Implementation of interfaces for launching parts, facilitating data entry and improving process efficiency.
• Module for industrial laundries: Currently under construction, this module will be specifically tailored to the needs of industrial laundries, further expanding the system's reach.

In addition, our user interface and user experience design team creates and designs the necessary changes to the system interface.

Strategy

In developing the Go system, Evo Systems adopted the BPM (Business Process Management) methodology to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service management system. BPM is a systematic approach to continuously improve business processes, and its application brought several benefits to this project, ensuring that the system not only met the immediate needs of the stores but was also able to evolve and adapt to future demands. The benefits obtained, such as greater operational efficiency, improved service quality, and greater transparency and control, demonstrate the effectiveness of applying BPM in this context.

This method worked alongside the agile development cell method based on the Scrum methodology, which proposes an iterative approach for rapid deliveries, with flexible work methods, daily and weekly meetings, and less chance of rework. In this way, Evo Systems completed its deliveries and supplemented them with client feedback, ensuring a flexible and transparent process.

Continuous improvements made by Evo Systems have transformed Go into a highly efficient and comprehensive laundry management solution. The addition of new modules and functionalities has ensured that the software not only meets the current needs of users but also adapts to future market demands.

The system is stored in the cloud, so it can be accessed at any time if you have internet access.
