Implementation of the Laundry Express system for Cielo Lio machines for self-service laundry

Evo Systems created Laundry Express functionality that works on credit card machines, acting as a self-service totem for laundry customers.

Challenge

Laundry Express is one of several Hybex software programs that seek to facilitate business for laundries. This system makes self-service in laundry facilities possible, working 100% digitally and simply for the laundry customer.

This time, Hybex approached Evo Systems to update its existing system so that it could be used on a credit card machine, Cielo Lio. Laundries that use Laundry Express needed the system to act on a totem pole.

Cielo Lio works as a self-service totem, where the user can purchase washing services. With the functions of coupons, washing or drying services, payment methods and login for benefits, Laundry Express does all the customer service, releasing the machines for customer use.

Based on this demand, Evo Systems created the application for the Cielo Lio machine, which works with the Android operating system, for Laundry Express self-service in self-service laundries.

Screens were created based on the existing identity, reusing images of the brand and applying them to the application, as in the background. The system interactions were integrated and designed by the Evo Systems team of software engineers together with the Interface and User Experience Design team, resulting in a simple, easy-to-use and attractive application.
