Bradesco beneficiary app and call center MVP prototype
The insurance company devised a concept for serving customers of differentiated health plans, where different services could be requested via cell phone. This MVP, created entirely on iOS in 2016, also had a web portal for receiving reimbursement requests, scheduling vaccinations and issuing travel insurance.
Challenge
Bradesco Seguros has come up with an innovative concept to serve customers of specialized health plans, allowing them to request a variety of services via cell phones. The challenge was to improve mobility and the insured's experience by allowing appointments and requests, which previously could only be made by phone or through a web portal, to be made directly via cell phone.
Transformation_
In 2016, Evo Systems was tasked with developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) prototype of the Bradesco Saúde Concierge app for the iOS platform. The app allows Bradesco Saúde Concierge policyholders to schedule services, request reimbursements, schedule vaccinations and issue travel insurance. In addition to the app for policyholders, a web portal was developed to receive and manage these requests.
The solution also included a BackOffice integrated into the application, allowing Bradesco Saúde agents to efficiently manage requests made by users. This integration ensured efficient and fast management of requests, significantly improving the user experience.
By adopting this system, Bradesco Seguros was able to provide a more agile and convenient experience for its customers, meeting mobility demands and improving policyholder satisfaction by allowing them to carry out various operations directly via their cell phones.
Strategy
