SOFTWARE FACTORY PROJECT
Preparing the future Software Engineering specialist in the use of a methodology for the creation and implementation of a software factory model.
The methodology and the software factory model were generated from research and applications carried out at the Software Technology Laboratory (LTS) of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP).
Learn to specify, model and implement the processes of a software factory, obtaining a highly flexible, controlled and, mainly, business-oriented development environment. For the creation of the software factory, different quality models will be used, such as CMMI and MPS.BR, and the various management techniques, such as agile techniques, among others.
General description
In the teaching activities will be used: laboratory guides, history of factory projects; BPM tools for process modeling; finally, the infrastructure of the laboratory will provide a cooperative work environment and an interactive portal, where students and teachers will establish direct or remote communication during the duration of the course and where information will be made available in the forms of webcast (video), podcast (audio) , chat (messages) and PDF.
Added value
The course is oriented so that the professional learns to create his factory within the context of your company's business or for the professional to learn how to direct the improvement project of your company's improved processes projects. The course aims to train the process consultant.
