W3G Consultoria is a corporate consulting firm specializing in the management of employee benefits in the areas of health, dental, and life insurance. Founded in 2007, the company provides customized solutions for small, medium, and large businesses, offering everything from strategic analysis and implementation of benefits to after-sales support and ongoing management. Its focus is on simplifying HR routines through a more efficient, humanized, and data-driven operation.

The solution implemented by Evo Systems aimed primarily to digitize and centralize W3G's operational processes, reducing reliance on folders and the need for manually creating emails for clients. Before implementation, all document exchange, requests, and follow-ups were conducted via email, making workflows slower, decentralized, and susceptible to operational errors. The developed system brought a new dynamic to the operation, concentrating information, automating steps, and making data access much faster and more secure.


With the new platform, W3G achieved significant gains in productivity, organization, and operational efficiency. There was an approximately 50% reduction in the volume of emails exchanged daily, in addition to a 40% increase in team efficiency, thanks to process automation and greater agility in handling requests. The centralization of information also expanded access to operational data, allowing for more strategic, secure, and integrated management, aligned with the company's purpose of offering an increasingly efficient experience for its clients.
